Trees Count 2014 - share your story

The Hamilton Naturalists' Club (HNC) has launched Trees Count 2014. Trees Count is an urban forest inventory project that will map and measure EVERY tree in the Westdale south neighbourhood this summer.

The HNC also wants Trees Count to build awareness and appreciation of urban forests and their benefits.

As part of the project residents from all over Hamilton are encouraged to SHARE their stories about significant or meaningful trees, which will be featured on the Trees Count blog. Share your tree story at treescount2014@gmail.com.

Updates on Trees Count 2014 can be found at http://treescount.blogspot.ca or via the Facebook page or twitter @Treescount.
